POM Exercise

The Conley Recreation Center has been the KiDsGyM USA® training center for 35 years. The Center is located in downtown College Park. The address is 3636 College Street, College Park 30337.

The schedule, description and cost of classes is available below. We provide 8-9-week sessions per season: winter, spring, summer, fall. Each session is made up of 8 or 9 classes. The fees are assessed accordingly.

Registration dates for the upcoming session is available on the Home Page of this website. To register, Click on the REGISTRATION IS OPEN link and it will take you to a parent portal to register. You will look for KiDsGyM USA® classes on that portal. 

  • Wiggle Worms: 12months to 3.5yrs
    • A parent-tot program with the instructional focus on stimulation, parent education, the mastery of simple tricks which leads to peer and adult reinforcement for exercise.

  • Mighty Mites: 3yrs and 4yrs
    • The instructional focus is on an exposure to a variety of movement challenges. We build confidence, strength, flexibility and motor skills with an overall goal to prepare them socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically.

  • Super Mites: 5yrs and 6yrs
    • The instructional focus is on learning fundamental gymnastics; exposing them to AAU levels 1, 2, and 3 skills. We teach how to set goals for achieving skills, learn safe training behavior - how to listen, pay attention, practice independently. Participants build self-confidence, strength, flexibility and coordination.

  • DynoMites: 5yrs and 6yrs
    • Class targeting the gifted 5 and 6-year-old who have excellent fundamental skills. Evaluation is required to enroll in this class. The goal of the DynoMites class is to prepare students to qualify for a competitive gymnastics team.

  • BOYS (separate classes) 5yrs and up
    • Boys only using gymnastics (all apparatus) to improve athletic prowess and develop the fundamentals for all sports; emphasizing tumbling and trampoline.
